Midtown's Weird Commercialism

Ponce de Leon on the south side of Midtown is home to a few odd mid-century storefronts. They're odd in that they were constructed in the front yard of ca. 1900 homes and connected to their facades. Guess they didn't need a lot of space? Maybe the builders were keen to adaptive re-use in a twisted way? At any rate they're neat examples of a changing urban corridor. And the house connected to the Eagle still has a really cool staircase inside! See for yourself, if you dare ;).
